Pellets loaded in the hopper. Electronic control of temperature via pellet feed rate and forced air into the fire box. Thermocouple monitors air temperature in convection oven space to control pellet delivery and air speed.

First burn in.
After burn in, ready for first trial - two chickens, salmon, and asparagus.
Chicken for 1 hour 10 minutes at 450 degrees, salmon for 10-15 minutes at end of chicken. Nothing needs to be turned.
Remove chickens, put on asparagus
Second use: Steak, veggies, corn on the cob and shrimp.
